NOVEX BEAUTY currently focuses on orders within the United States. If you are located elsewhere, email orders@novexbeauty.com and we will let you know what is possible.

Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or email us your order number and we will resend it.

We can update or cancel an order only before it has shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help.

You can return unopened NOVEX BEAUTY products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skin care, makeup, nail care and fragrance products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

We are sorry about that. Email orders@novexbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

After NOVEX BEAUTY receives and inspects your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Start with your skin type, such as dry, oily, combination or sensitive, and introduce one new product at a time so you can see how your skin responds. If you would like a suggestion, email the NOVEX BEAUTY team and we will point you in the right direction.

Each product page lists its ingredients so you can check for anything that does not suit you. We recommend a patch test before first use. For skin conditions or persistent reactions, please speak to a dermatologist or doctor.

Yes. The NOVEX BEAUTY Men's Grooming collection includes beard care, shave essentials and skin care designed for him, and many of our other categories are suitable for everyone.

Keep beauty products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Close lids tightly after use, and store fragrances away from windows and bathrooms to help them last longer.

NOVEX BEAUTY accepts major credit and debit cards, plus any additional payment options shown at checkout. Available methods may vary slightly depending on your location.

Payments are handled through a secure, encrypted checkout, and we never store your full card details on our own servers.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders, save your details and reorder your favourites.

Enter your code in the discount field at checkout before you pay. Codes cannot be added after an order has been placed, so please apply it first.
